Reservation Policy

Full payment for lodging is due when placing the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

With more than a 30 day notice, prepayments will be refunded less a 10% processing fee.  The fee covers the credit card processing charges and cannot be waived. Reservations during holidays are non-refundable and may not be moved.

Pets Policy

Pets are welcome in our Hideaway Cottages and Campwater Houses for only $25.00 per pet, per night up to 2 pets per room. Pets must be on a leash at all times on the property. Pets cannot be left unattended in vehicles or in rooms. Owners are responsible for clean up and all pet actions. Pets may dine with guests, weather permitting, in outdoor seating only. Health Codes do not allow pets to be in the restaurant. Pets brought into rooms that are not pet friendly will result in a cleaning fee of $250 per night or the actual cost of cleaning/repairs, whichever is more.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 2 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
