Policies of Sorrel River Ranch Resort and Spa:

Reservation Policy

A deposit equaling 50 percent of the reservation total value will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 45 days prior to arrival. Once full payment is collected it is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 45 days of arrival, the reservation can be canceled with a 10 percent admin fee on the entire stay.

Pets Policy

Dogs are always welcome, and guests can ensure their pets have a great time with complimentary pet amenities. Up to two dogs are permitted per room for $75 per dog per night. Service animals are welcome free of charge. Dogs must be kept on a leash, cleaned up after, and never left unattended. A dog bed, bowl, and treat are provided for furry friends upon arrival. Please note, dogs are not permitted inside the national parks but are welcome on BLM land.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rollaway beds or pack-n-plays are available at no additional cost. Please contact reservations prior to arrival to request one, subject to availability; it is not allowed in the Mesa Studio King Room. Minimum 2-night stay required, minimum 3-night stay required during some holidays. A mandatory daily resort fee of 12% will be added to the nightly rate. Resort privileges include Wi-Fi, unlimited bottled water, campfire s’mores, a petting zoo, pony rides for kids, access to the fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool (seasonal) and hot tub, lawn games, bicycle rental, valet parking, and use of lobby iMac desktops. Does not include tax, gratuity, or incidental charges.
