Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The cost of the first night's stay plus tax will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
Pets Policy
A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $65.00 is required at check-in. All rooms are pet-friendly. Additional cleaning and damage charges may be assessed. Limit one dog per room. Dogs may not be left unattended. We ask that you please inform us prior to arrival that you will be traveling with your pet. A pet waiver must be completed at check-in. For the safety of your pet and that of our other guests, pets are not permitted on our rooftop terrace. All service animals are welcome. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is an additional $10.00 per night. Accessible King room available. No rollaway beds are available. All guestrooms are non-smoking. Skyview Hotel maintains a smoke/vape-free property. Smoking in the rooms, patios, rooftop terrace, and common outdoor areas is prohibited and will result in a smoking fee of $250. For the comfort of all the guests, please show respect and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that there is an irrigation canal with running water on the property. Accessing the canal is prohibited.
