Deposit/Hotel Rooms: Reservation would only be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All hotel room reservations will be charged a one-night deposit 72 hours prior to arrival. If the credit card on file is declined the reservation will automatically be canceled.
Deposit/Manor House and Cottages: Manor House and Cottage reservations require a one-night deposit to be charged at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Hotel Rooms: Cancellations made after 12 noon, 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to reserve the room. No-shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night, available in the Historic Single Queen rooms. A 2-night minimum stay is required for Holiday and Fall Weekends. A 5% Historic Preservation fee will be applied to each room per day of the reservation.
The Mimslyn Inn is a non-smoking facility however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Evidence of smoking in any guest rooms will result in a minimum $200 charge to the credit card on file.
