Reservation Policy

Deposit Policy
Hotel reservations will be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The Manor House and Cottage reservations require a one night deposit to be charged at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Hotel Rooms
Cancellations made after 12 noon, 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be charged one-night room rate to the credit card used to reserve the room. A cancellation fee of $15.00 applies.

No shows and early check-outs will be charged one-night room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies.

Cancellation Policy for the Manor House and Cottages
Cancellations made after 12 noon, 7 Days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the one night's deposit on file. A cancellation fee of $15.00 applies.

Minimum Night Requirement/ Manor House and Cottages
A 2-night minimum stay is required for the all weekend dates from mid-September to mid-November.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season.

The Mimslyn Inn is a non smoking facility however designated outdoor smoking areas available. Evidence of smoking in any guest rooms will result in a minimum $200 charge to the credit card on file.
