Policies of Mimslyn Inn:

Reservation Policy

Deposit/Hotel Rooms: Reservation will only be guaranteed with a valid credit card. All hotel room reservations will be charged in full for the duration of the stay. If the credit card on file is declined, the reservation will be canceled automatically.

Deposit/Manor House and Cottages: Manor House and Cottage reservations require a one-night deposit, charged at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Hotel Rooms: Cancellations made after 12 noon, 72 hours prior to the check-in date will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to reserve the room. No-shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

Cancellations/Manor House and Cottages: Cancellations made after 12 noon, 7 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit the one night's deposit on file. No-shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. A cancellation fee of $15.00 Applies to all reservations canceled prior to the cut-off date.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night, available in the Historic Single Queen rooms. A 2-night minimum stay is required for Holiday and Fall Weekends. A 5% Historic Preservation fee will be applied to each room per day of the reservation.

The Mimslyn Inn is a non-smoking facility however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Evidence of smoking in any guest rooms will result in a minimum $200 charge to the credit card on file.
