Guest rooms at the Seward Windsong Lodge are spread out among 15 two-story buildings with exterior entrances. The lodge offers five room types for guests: Standard Room, Deck Rooms, Premium Deck Rooms, Suites, and Premium Deck Suites. All rooms include a full private bath, flat-screen television, a DVD player with free movies at the front desk, complimentary WiFi, and a mini-refrigerator. The Deck Rooms, Premium Deck Rooms, and Premium Deck Suites have the added feature of a deck or balcony for private outdoor sitting. If wanting more space, the Suites are double the size of Standard Rooms and can sleep up to six people. The Premium Rooms are newer with modern furnishings. All other rooms are equipped with Alaskan-style log furnishings.

New in 2019 the Premium Deck Rooms have two queen beds and sleep a maximum of four people. The newer Premium Deck Rooms come with modern furnishings and feature a flat-screen television, DVD player with free movies at the front desk, complimentary Wifi, and a mini-refrigerator. In addition, there is a deck or balcony for a private outdoor sitting area.
The Suites have two queen beds and an extra-long twin trundle bed and sleep a maximum of six people. The Suites are twice the size of standard rooms and have an open layout with a half-wall separating the two queen beds and the living room area. The Suites come with Alaskan-style log furniture and feature two flat-screen televisions, a DVD player with free movies at the front desk, complimentary Wifi, a microwave, and a mini-refrigerator. In the spacious bathroom, there is also a jacuzzi to soak in.
