Policies of Seward Windsong Lodge:

Reservation Policy

30% Deposit at time of booking if reserved over the phone, reserving multiple Alaska Collection properties at once, and/or reservations with totals over $1,000. Final payment will be processed when the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable 61+ days before travel. 70% refund of total reservation at 46-60 days with a 30% cancellation fee. Non-refundable at 45 days or less. A fee of $50 per change request is applied for changes made within the applicable cancellation policy.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. No rollaways or cribs are available. Stays at Seward Windsong Lodge are subject to a $19.00 per room per stay amenity fee, paid at the time of booking. If arriving by train, there is a $12.00 Porterage fee per person for round-trip shuttle service to the train depot.
