A deposit equal to the first night room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the 4 pm check-in will incur one-night room and tax penalty. Reservations, including non-refundable, made at least 96 hours in advance will not incur a penalty if cancellation is done within 24 hours of booking.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change due to seasons. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $12.00 per night (not including package components). A charge of $0.75 for CA Tourism and a $2.00 charge for the Sequoia National Park Conservancy Fund will also be applied daily. The fees are reflected in the total amount due but are not included in your deposit and will be charged upon arrival. Rollaway beds are not available.

The front desk is open from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
Due to the geographically remote location of Cedar Grove Lodge, it is advised that you arrive there a little early. The front office at Cedar Grove Lodge closes daily at 9 p.m. All guests are respectfully required to check in prior to that time. If checking in after 9 pm, guest can find an envelope on the door of the lobby with their name and keys.
