Reservations are confirmed with a deposit - 1-night stay = total amount, 2 nights and longer = 50% of total stay, the balance is due on arrival. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved.
Peak Season (June-Sep) 14 days prior to arrival will receive full refund of the deposit. Within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Non-Peak Season (Oct-May) 7 days prior to arrival will receive full refund of the deposit. Within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations or no shows made within 24 hours of check-in time will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Pets are not permitted in any vacation condos. Service animals are welcome.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is $10.00 per night. During peak season (June - October) a 2-night minimum is required. Rollaway beds are not available.
Smoking is prohibited in all the units. Smoking is only allowed outside. Colorado law requires smokers to be at least 20 feet from any entrance. Any detection of smoking in a suite will result in a $200 charge and you will be asked to leave. No refunds are given to guests who smoke in our suites.
Children of any age are not allowed in spa suites. Children are welcome in all other units.
The Outdoor Hot Tub is only for people aged 16 or up.
The vacation rentals cannot accommodate large family reunions or groups. Groups or family reunions of any kind are not accepted. Smaller groups including small weddings and friends and family get-togethers are allowed.
