Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 7 days before arrival from November to March. From April to October, there is no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 14 days before arrival.

Pets Policy

A maximum of two pets per room must not be left alone without the guest present. Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Stay: $150.00. 

Other Policy

Rates Policy:  Lodging rooms are non-smoking.  Family Policy - Children 10 and under stay for free. Extra Adult - $20.00/adult/night. If more than 2 in a room. Extra Child - $20.00/child/night. If 11 years or older, Adult Rollaway - 1 Sofa sleeper in each room Crib - $20.00/stay. Play-N-Pak Early Check-in $50.00 and is subject to availability. Late Check-out - $50.00 Late check-out is until 2:00 PM and is subject to availability. Taxes:- Standard Food and Beverage Gratuity - 18%. 7.85% tax on gratuity Food and Beverage Tax - 7.85%.
