Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 7 days before arrival from November to March. From April to October, there is no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 14 days before arrival.

Pets Policy

Maximum 2 pets per room, must not be left alone without the guest present. Non-Refundable Pet Fee Per Stay: $150.00. Maximum Number of Pets in Room: 2.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: On-site parking has a daily fee of $20.00 ($35.00 per night for oversized vehicles up to 25 feet long), and there is also a daily destination fee of $30.00. Changes to taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price. Pack-N-Plays for infants are available upon request, subject to availability and a surcharge. Rollaway Beds are not available.
