An advance deposit of one night's rate is required at time of reservation to guarantee your accommodations. Your deposit will be applied to your stay upon arrival. Balance of payment is due at time of check in. The original room rate at the time of booking will be the rate honored for the reservation. There will be no rate changes after the booking is made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 7 days to the reservation will result in a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations made inside of 7 days to the reservation will result in the one night stay deposit being forfeited or used as a credit towards a future stay. Cancellations made while in house will not be refunded.

Rates Policy: No early check-out refunds. Please note that a two-night minimum stay is required from May to October with a three-night minimum stay required when booking a Friday or Saturday. Non-Smoking. Please note there is an additional 3% credit card processing fee applied each night. Rollaway beds are not available.
