All Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Credit cards used to guarantee a reservation will only be charged upon a violation of the cancellation policy. A physical credit card with an EMV chip will be required at check-in for full payment of room and tax, plus an additional $50.00 incidental charge. The name on the credit card must match the name on a government-issued ID of a person that is present at check-in. Any unused incidental funds will be refunded upon check-out. Refunded funds typically take 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account. Olympic Lodge by Ayres will NOT accept cash as a form of payment for Guest Room Charges, only Credit Cards.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 4:00 pm local time 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or modifications after 24 hours will result in cancellation fees for the first night's room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged the first night's room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being canceled.
Olympic Lodge by Ayres offers designated pet-friendly accommodations; we welcome all well-mannered dogs and cats. A $25.00 fee per night per pet will be applied with a two-pet maximum limit.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest 15 and over is an extra $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
