We were traveling for the week and had just a few nights in Port Angeles. This hotel was the best option for our family traveling with our dog. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The beds and bedding are super comfy. Our favorite part is the lobby area with its large fireplace and views of the beautiful golf course. Since we were traveling with grandparents it was a great space where we could gather and even spend one evening playing board games. Special shout out to Will, one of the front desk staff who kept the fire going in the evening for us and went above and beyond to make us comfortable our last night there.

Good location for Hurricane Ridge

The hotel is closest to the Hurricane Ridge area of the park and has easy access to that area. The lodge was simple but very clean and well decorated. Though there are no real food amenities here, the town of Port Angeles has many options for both casual and finer dining. I highly recommend this accommodation for the Hurricane Ridge area.

And the breakfast, although not extensive, was quite satisfying. The views out the back overlooking the golf course are lovely, and the lobby has a large wood burning fireplace.

Our king room was truly ‘king sized.’ The sitting area, with 2 large chairs had room for another bed. Clean, quiet room and very comfortable bed. LG TV and computer desk; microwave and small fridge ( no freezer); lots of hot water for my shower. Highly recommended.
