The first-night stay is due at the time of booking except where otherwise noted. The remaining balance and incidentals incurred are due at the time of checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Purchase cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before arrival are refundable, less the $25 cancellation fee. Less than seven (7) days notice results in a charge for one night's stay plus tax.
Pets Policy
A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay, due at check-in. Must be leashed at all times. 2 pets only maximum, no size limit. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Permitted in Roosevelt Cabins and Singer Tavern Cottages only.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is $15.00 per night. Cribs and rollaway beds are available for an additional cost of $15.00 per night, not allowed in the Historic Rooms. The availability of room types and dining options changes yearly for winter. An optional $3.00 donation to Washington's National Park Fund has been automatically included in the Total Cost of your stay. If you do not wish to contribute, please see the front desk to have the $3.00 charge removed from your final bill.
