Deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and incurred incidentals must be paid upon check-out. If booking the Advanced Purchase Rate, the entire amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking and non-refundable. When booking Winter Cabin Rate, the full amount is charged at the time of booking, but the standard 7-day / $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy depends on the rate type:
Best Flexible Rate & Winter Cabin Rate: $25 cancel fee. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the full amount is forfeited.
Package Rate: $25 cancel fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is forfeited.
Advance Purchase Rate: Reservation is 100% non-refundable if changed or canceled.
Pets Policy
A $25.00 non-refundable fee per pet per stay, due at check-in. Must be leashed at all times. 2 pets only maximum, no size limit. Excessive cleaning fees may apply. Permitted in Roosevelt Cabins and Singer Tavern Cottages only.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability, and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is $15.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available. The availability of room types and dining options change yearly for winter.
