Policies of Mountain Modern Motel:

Reservation Policy

Stay dates May 1st - October 31st require a full deposit at the time of booking. Stay dates November 1st - April 30th require the first night's accommodation and tax.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation occurs outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival date, the lodge will refund your deposit in full minus a $25 processing fee. If your cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to your arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of your entire stay.

Pets Policy

A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available at Mountain Modern Motel, there is a one-time $40 cleaning fee for any guest traveling with their canine friend. Limit of two dogs per room.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Please note there is an additional $8.00 resort fee per night. The resort fee covers amenities including, but not limited to, wireless internet access, use of the hotel's swimming pool and hot tub, local phone calls, and a winter Jackson Hole Mountain Resort shuttle. No rollaway beds or cribs are available. Ironing boards are available upon request. Please note there is an additional fee of 5.1% Resort Fee per night added to the total.

Smoking Policy: Every room at Mountain Modern Motel is non-smoking. Smoking in one of the rooms will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
