Policies of Mountain Modern Motel:

Reservation Policy

1 Night Deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Deposit is refundable if reservations is cancelled outside 72 hours prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation occurs outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival date, Mountain Modern Motel will refund your deposit in full minus a $25 processing fee. If your cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit 100% of the total stay as a cancellation fee.

Pets Policy

A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available at Mountain Modern Motel, there is a one-time $40 cleaning fee for any guest traveling with their canine friend. Limit of two dogs per room.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: No rollaway beds or cribs are available. Ironing boards are available upon request. Please note that an additional fee of 5.1% resort fee per night is added to the total. The resort fee covers amenities including, but not limited to, wireless internet access, use of the hotel's swimming pool and hot tub, local phone calls, and a winter Jackson Hole Mountain Resort shuttle.

Smoking Policy: Every room at Mountain Modern Motel is non-smoking. Smoking in one of the rooms will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
