Policies of Zephyr Cove Resort:

Reservation Policy

Deposit of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance and incurred incidentals must be paid upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside of the cancel policy (48 hours) will receive a refund of the deposit less a $20 cancel fee. Cancelling within the cancel policy (48 hours) will result in a full forfeit of the deposit. The Advance Purchase rate is non-refundable at any time.

Pets Policy

Pets are permitted in cabins for a non-refundable $20.00 per pet per night fee, two pets maximum. Pets must always be on a leash and never be left unattended or tied up. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Additional excessive cleaning fees will apply when needed. Pets are prohibited in Lodge Rooms.  Pets are not allowed on Zephyr Cove Beach.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability. Rollaway beds are available for no additional cost, room restrictions may apply.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

The front desk is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. All guests check in at the main lodge year-round.
