The first night's stay is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due at the time of checkout.
Cancellations/changes made more than 24 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations/changes made less than 24 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will forfeit full deposit.
Pets are allowed in traditional rooms only, and a $30.00 non-refundable fee is required per pet per night. This fee is collected at check-in. An excessive cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if a pet is left inside unattended.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 National Park Fund Donation per room per night, a Utility Pass-Through Fee (Energy), an Infrastructure Program Development fee. Please be advised that as a condition of your reservation and stay at Defiance House Lodge, a mandatory service fee will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee will cover a variety of amenities and services that are available to all guests at the hotel. The current resort fee amount is $14.99 per room per night and is subject to change without notice. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, room restrictions may apply and there is limited availability.
