30% Deposit at time of booking if reserved over the phone, reserving multiple Alaska Collection properties at once, and/or reservations with totals over $1,000. Final payment will be processed when the reservation becomes non-refundable.
Fully refundable 61+ days before travel. 70% refund of total reservation at 46-60 days with a 30% cancellation fee. Non-refundable at 45 days or less. A fee of $50 per change request is applied for changes made within the applicable cancellation policy.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy each additional guest is an additional $875.00 per night. The all-inclusive rate includes wildlife and glacier cruise transportation, waterfront cabin accommodations, gourmet meals, guided kayaking, and other activities. Alcohol purchases are not included. Credit cards are accepted on-site for alcohol purchases. Dietary restrictions and food allergies need to be stated in advance. Guests with accessible needs or having C-PAC devices need to be stated in advance. Luggage limit of one soft-sided bag (35lbs max) and one carry-on per person. Storage of excess bags is available at Kenai Fjords Tours at no charge. Rollaway beds are not available. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, persons under the age of 12 are not permitted at the lodge.
Check-In: 12:00 pm Boat Departure From Seward (45-minute boat ride)
Check-Out: 8:30 am Boat Departure Back To Seweard Arriving At 4:30 pm
You will check in at the Adventure Center located next to the Kenai Fjords Tours office in Seward. From there, a staff member will provide you with a boarding pass. You will then take a 45-minute scenic boat ride out to the island. A Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge staff member will greet you at the top of the ramp and accompany you to the lodge.
