Q:Does the property provide a shuttle to and from the airport?

Yes. An airport shuttle service with a surcharge.
Q:Are hairdryers and toiletries provided?

Yes. And if, by chance, there is not a hairdryer in the room when you check-in, the front desk can supply you with one.
Q:Is chlorine used in the mineral pools?
A:
Yes, all 8 pools/spas contain municipal tapwater (mostly derived from city mineral water wells) that is chlorinated by the hotel, in accordance with California Health and Safety codes 65523 and 65503. All the pools are drained at least once every three years.
