Reservation Policy

100% of the total will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more prior to the date of check-in are charged 10% of the booking amount. Travelers who cancel within 24 hours of the date of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

Pets Policy

Pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the owner's responsibility. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive dogs. Only two dogs are allowed per reservation. $25.00 per pet per night. Please do not allow pets on furniture inside the cottages and glamour tents. For any incidents, there will be a $50.00 charge per occurrence. This charge will be added to your reservation and is non-negotiable.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on the unit and not the number of occupants. Each unit can accommodate a maximum of three people. No rollaways are available. Please note that there is an additional $3.00 one-time campground fee per unit. Quiet hours are as follows: 11 pm - 7 am daily.
