Policies of Togwotee Mountain Lodge:

Reservation Policy

BEST FLEXIBLE RATE: A 1-night deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE: Full Amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and is fully non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

BEST FLEXIBLE RATE: Cancellation fee is 5% of deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

ADV. PURCHASE RATE: NO REFUND. Reservation is 100% non-refundable if changed or cancelled at any time.

Pets Policy

$20.00 Non-refundable fee per pet, per stay. Pets are only allowed in the cabins. Pets are not allowed in the main lodge. Pets must be crated in room, for housekeeping.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional guest age 13 and older there is an extra $15.00 fee per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
