Reservation Policy

BEST FLEXIBLE RATE: A 1-night deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE: Full Amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and is fully non-refundable.
AAA/SENIOR RATE: A 1-night deposit will be charged to your card at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

BEST FLEXIBLE RATE: 95% of deposit is refunded if canceled 24hrs or more to arrival. Cancels/changes made 24 hrs prior to 4 PM local time on arrival date will forfeit full deposit.
ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE: NO REFUND. Reservation is 100% non-refundable if changed or cancelled at any time.
AAA/SENIOR RATE: Cancelling more than 72 hours prior to arrival forfeits 5% of deposit. Cancelling within 72 hours of arrival forfeits full deposit.

Pets Policy

$20.00 Non-refundable fee per pet, per stay. Pets are only allowed in the cabins. Pets are not allowed in the main lodge. Pets must be crated in room, for housekeeping. There are 44 cabins at Togwotee Mountain Lodge that allow pets.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. For each additional guest age 13 and older there is an extra $15.00 fee per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

The front desk is open from April to November, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and December through March, 24 hours a day.
