Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to 40% of the reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file. Reservations booked inside 21 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking. Holiday Season Policy: For holiday season reservations scheduled to arrive December 19 - January 4, cancellations may be made free of charge prior to November 1. Holiday reservations become non-refundable after November 1. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 21 days or less of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change due to seasons and are based on double occupancy. Each guest age 15 or over is an additional $33.00 per night. Please note there is an additional 10.2% Amenity Fee per night. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night, not allowed in Efficiency King Rooms.
