Reservation Policy

The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

May 1-Oct 31 is 7 days. Nov 1-Dec 15 is 72 hours. Dec 16-Mar 31 is 14 days. Apr 1-30 is 72 hours. Prior to these time periods, there would be a $25 processing fee. Within these time periods, the deposit (100%) would be non-refundable and unchangeable. Recommend purchasing trip insurance to cover any unforeseen issues such as illness/death and travel delays. Reservations will not be refunded or discounted for airline or weather delays/cancellations.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 14 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Please note there is an additional 8.6% resort fee. Rollaway beds are not available.

Late checkout requests are based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.
