Policies of Cowboy Village Resort:

Reservation Policy

Booking online requires the 1st night’s room charge 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made outside of 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 48 hours will forfeit the entire deposit.

Pets Policy

Cowboy Village Resort is a dog-friendly property. Dogs are allowed in all cabins except the Grand Teton Deluxe. However, you cannot leave your pet unattended. There is no pet fee.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $8.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available. All rooms at the Cowboy Village Resort are non-smoking. If a guest smokes in a room, they will be subject to a minimum fee of $250. Guest may smoke outside.

The front desk is open from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm.
