At the time of booking, a 1 night deposit is required per room plus tax. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival.
From booking date until 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $15.00 administrative fee per room. Cancellations or reduction in length of stay received within 3 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. All changes or cancellations due to inclement weather or changes in flight schedules are subject to the penalties stated above. A no-show on confirmed date of arrival will be considered a cancellation of entire stay and forfeiture of deposit.
Pets are allowed in cabins only. A $15.50 per night pet fee applies to the cabins. You can not leave your pet unattended in the room. Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets should be comfortable around other guests. Pets MUST be leashed when outside of the room. Owners must clean up after their pets. Also, if additional cleaning to the bed and comforters is required after your stay, a $50 fee will be charged.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy excluding the large two-bedroom cabin which is based on 4 adults. Each guest over the age of 11 will be an additional $10.50 per night. Please note there is an additional $2.25 utility fee per night per accommodation. Rollaway beds are available for $10.50 per night, only allowed in One-Room Cabin 2 Doubles & 1 Twin, and the Two-Room Cabin 4 Double Beds.
