Policies of Yavapai Lodge:

Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night's room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge by 4:00 pm MST 2 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Pets Policy

You must accompany your pet(s) at all times and they must be on a 6-foot leash (1.8 meters) - Guests must clean up after their pets. Pet refuse bags are available in posts located outside of building 9 - For the safety of our staff and your pets we ask that if you leave your pets unattended in the room they must be left in the kennel provided - Pets are not allowed in any of the public buildings throughout the property except for your guest room - You are responsible for any damage or inconvenience that may be caused by your pet(s) to your assigned room or any other part of the property damaged by your pet(s). Pets must not disturb other guests - There is a charge of $30.00 per night that will be charged to your room. There is a maximum of two pets per room permitted.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $12.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, not available in Yavapai West Double Queen or Yavapai West Pet-Friendly Double Queen rooms. Please note there is an additional $1.00 per day is added to your room bill to support Grand Canyon Association a non-profit partner that funds improvements, research, and wildlife protection at Grand Canyon National Park.
