Policies of Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel:

Reservation Policy

Room and tax for the first night of your stay will be charged to the credit card on file within 24 hours of receipt of the reservation. Upon check-in, $50 refundable security deposit per night will be required either by credit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. All reservations must be canceled using the same method it was made. Any changes or cancellations must be made by 4:00 PM the day prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges.

Pets Policy

From time to time, guests of the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel request to have their pets stay in the room which they occupy.  
The following conditions apply to all guests who have any animals accompanying them.

1.    A non-refundable pet fee of $50 plus tax per stay - Maximum of 2 pets per room. (Pet fee will be waived for service animals).
2.   Animals may not be left in the room alone, at any time - unless "kenneled"
3.   Animals are not allowed in the pool/spa areas.
4.   Animals are the sole responsibility of the guests. If your animals disturb others in the hotel, they will be required to be removed from the property. Additional ‘fee' may be charged to compensate other guests, disturbed by your animals. 
5.   You are responsible for any damages to the room caused by your animals.
6.   When you take your animals outside to go to the bathroom, please go towards the woods behind the property.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 17 or over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per night, room restrictions may apply. Baby cribs are available for no extra charge.
