Deposit Policy
One night's lodging is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon departure.
KANDAHAR'S WINTER RESERVATION POLICIES
During Holiday Season – (December 24-Jan 2):
Deposit Policy
50% of the lodging portion is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking when a one-night stay is reserved. Full payment on all other reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Winter (non-holiday) Season:

One night's lodging is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon departure.

Cancellation Policy
Guests that cancel 72 hours or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee. If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, the one night's lodging deposit will be retained.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made outside of 30 days will result in a refund of the deposit less one night's lodging. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $10.00 per night ($20.00 per night during Holiday Season). Children 12 years and younger stay free. Rollaway beds are available for no additional cost, room restrictions may apply.
Neither the lodge and/nor its agents are to be held responsible for the closing of access routes to or from resorts due to weather conditions or for the weather which may close down resort operations, nor are they to be held liable for any additional expense, consequence or inconvenience resulting from the above conditions. The lodge will not be liable for a payment of refund for unused housing, meals, or activities occasioned by late arrival, sickness, or injury.
