Reservation Policy

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Security Deposit: A $25 Incidental Authorization per night. Credit cards are authorized on the day of arrival. Declined cards result in a non-guaranteed reservation that may be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling your reservation before 6:00 PM (local hotel time) on 24 hours before will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 6:00 PM (local hotel time) 24 hours before, or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Pets Policy

Pet Walking Area On-site. All pets are welcomed! Pets are required to be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. There is a $25/night pet fee. Pets are NOT ALLOWED in rooms with jetted tubs.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change depending on availability or local competition and are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $4.00 Tourism Business Improvement District Fee. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night, room restrictions may apply.
