Room smelled. But you get used to it after a while. Almost ruined our stay. Otherwise, nice touches like free ice cream & cookies. Staff, breakfast, beds, location, & pool good. Balconies shared. No views. Overpriced.

As soon as I got into my room I noticed an odor. I waited to see if my business partner noticed the odor before I said anything. She noticed it right away. I went to the front desk to report it. Was told there were no other rooms available for them to switch me. They would notify housekeeping to check it out. They came and sprayed something on the carpet, beds and in the air. When we came back to the room the odor was still there. I notified the front desk. Was told they would tell housekeeping again. The next morning the housekeeping manager told me they would try something different. When we got back to the room later that day the odor was still there. Notified the front desk again. Still no rooms available to be switched. Seems all the things housekeeping was trying was just masking the odor. They never did get rid of the odor or find us another room. Tourist season in the Flathead had everything booked up so there was no option switching to another motel. There was no offering of a discount, no how was your stay or apologies when I checked out. Front desk was nice, but each shift was clueless to my issues. Odor in the room ruined the stay. Just glad we were gone most of the every day to not have to smell it. Location was good. Close to food and shopping. Breakfast was good, but repetitive if you stay there for more than 2 days. I don't like paying hundreds of dollars to have a bad stay.

It’s a really nice place that has a nice continental breakfast. We stay here every year and the room is always clean but it seems like it’s time for some upgrading. The bathroom is the one part of the room that needs some attention. There’s some mould on the wall paper which concerns me. I found the shower dark because the light on the mirror doesn’t light up the bathroom. We will be back because the location is great the staff are nice and the price is good.

I made the reservation 1 month ago directly with holiday inn. I asked for a suite room NOT facing the highway and away from ac machines and fans. After 10 hours driving I arrived and you know what? They gave me a room facing the highway and near to a machine engine that sounds like a Boeing 747 behind the wall, I think is the breakfast restaurant nearby. They said they will give me a better room tomorrow I'm going to stay for two nights so the 50% of my stay is a hell so far... Beside that, bathroom needs a serious renovation so does the carpet. It is not dirty but looks dated. Beds a bit soft. Pillows are ok. AC machine looks like a noisy 80s motel ac machine so I turned it off immediately. Breakfast is free and I know why... the cheese omelet and veggie omelets are like aeroplane food. Sausages (or whatever they are...) dosent taste good. The have a pancake machine that makes rubber pancakes. The only good thing was the hot cinnamon rolls, the bacon and the fruit and packed cereals. Hotel had no more rooms available and at 7,30 am breakfast restaurant had a lot of available seats so imagine why... paper dishes, plastic forks... Day two. No news from the front desk about our request for changing our room for something quieter (something we asked for in August, one month ago). The god thing is they have some supermarkets and restaurant at a walking distance so I bought earplugs for the highway noise and that fan machine. I dont even asked about our request because I never ask for the same thing two times. Thanks god I'm leaving... I'll have a coffee a cinnamon roll and some bac.. wait, theres no bacon! More than 320 dollars for 2 nights... I dont know about other hotels in town but I'm sure I'm not going to come back to this hotel.

Booked a 3 night stay as it is a very new hotel. Check in personnel at front desk were very welcoming and professional. The Inn is close enough to Glacier National Park, in the newer part of northern Kalispell. The bed, pillows "both firm & soft offered", linens and room furnishings are the same quality as much more expensive hotels. The complementary breakfast is the best of them all. Cinnamon rolls are fabulous and there are more items offered than any others complementary breakfast. The grounds, outdide grill and firepit area are a first at this price group. Overall an outstanding stay that all the others need to take note of. We try to stay in Holiday Inns when they are avaliablein the cities we travel. Thanks for offering this property.
