Policies of Escalante Yurts:

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations that are canceled 2 weeks or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund. For guests booking multiple yurts, the cancellation policy is 2 weeks per yurt, or 4 weeks for two yurts, 6 weeks for 3 yurts, etc. Reservations for major holidays require 28 days notice for a full refund. Your deposit will be forfeited for changes or cancellations made within 2 week of your stay.

Pets Policy

No pets are allowed, and no emotional support animals are allowed on the property. Only dogs trained to provide a service for someone with a disability are allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Guests are only permitted to sleep within the Yurts or on the decking areas as per your reservation. Tents or other sleeping arrangements outside of the decking area are prohibited. Guests that are unaccounted for during the booking process will be subject to additional fees in the amount of $20.00 per person, per night over the allowable per-yurt guest amount. Any guests above the allowable amount will be refused accommodations or face additional surcharges as per the discretion of management. Rollaway beds are not available. Please note that there is an additional 3% card fee for all reservations. “Quiet Time” shall be observed daily from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
