Overview of Emerald Lake Lodge

The Emerald Lake Lodge resides in the dazzling wilderness setting of Yoho National Park in the Canadian Rockies. Situated on a 13-acre peninsula on the shores of the world-renown Emerald Lake, the lodge offers incredible vistas and luxurious amenities year-round to its guests. 24 cabin-style buildings dot the property designed to resemble the traditional architecture of the Main Lodge. These buildings are home to rooms and suites with private balconies (some with lake views) and wood-burning stone fireplaces (complimentary firewood provided). All the rooms and suites feature cozy seating areas in front of the fireplaces. To be free from distractions, there are no televisions or wireless internet in the rooms and suites. However, there is wireless internet available in the Main Lodge.

The Main Lodge is filled with history with its century-old fireplaces and an oak bar salvaged from a Yukon saloon from the 1890s. The Main Lodge, built of hand-hewn timber, features an elegant dining room, cozy seating areas, a game room, and upper and lower verandas with breathtaking vistas. There is also a lounge with a superb selection of regional micro-brewed beers. The Mount Burgess Dining Room is famous for its signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine. For ultimate relaxation, guests can indulge in the state-of-the-art steel outdoor hot tub just a short stroll from the Main Lodge. The outdoor hot tub is open year-round. The connected clubhouse offers fitness equipment, weights, and a dry-sauna. Year-round activities are plentiful around Emerald Lake Lodge and Yoho National Park including canoe rentals on the amazing Emerald Lake.
