Policies of Elk Refuge Inn:

Reservation Policy

A deposit of one night's stay will be taken at the time of booking your reservation for all refundable reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance of the day of your reservation check-in day to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than three days of your reservation check-in day will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Final payment will be taken by 4 pm, 3 days prior to arrival. If you need to update credit card please on contact the hotel directly. Cancellations within three days before your check-in date will incur charges for the full reservation amount, with refunds not available for any unused portion of your stay. For a full refund of the whole reservation or a portion of your stay, cancellations must be made at least three days prior to your arrival.

•     No-shows will be charged in full.
•     Non-refundable reservations will not receive a refund, no matter the circumstances. 
•     Early Departures will not receive a refund as it is a cancellation of your nights within the 3-day non-refundable period.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed. Evidence of having an animal in your room will incur a $500 deep-cleaning fine that will be charged to the credit card used for booking.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: An additional cost for Rollaways is $30.00 per night and cribs are $15.00 per night. No early departures will be accepted. Please note there is an additional $1.00 donation to The Riverwind Foundation.

Smoking Policy: The Elk Refuge Inn is a non-smoking facility and evidence of smoking in the rooms will incur a $500 deep-cleaning fine that will be charged to the credit card used for booking.
