3 days prior to arrival the credit/debit card provided at time of booking will be authorized in the amount of the first night stay plus tax. This authorization guarantees the room for arrival. The authorization confirms that the free cancellation period has ended. The entire amount of the stay will be charged to the credit/debit card on file upon check in. If we are unable to authorize the credit card on file we will be forced to cancel the reservation.
Cancel Policy: All reservations confirmed with Driftwood Lodge carry a 3 day prior to arrival cancellation and modification deadline. Free cancellation or modification is available up until 12:00PM (Noon) MT 3 days prior to arrival. To cancel a reservation with Driftwood Lodge you must send an email request to info@driftwoodzion.com. Once the cancellation request has been processed, a cancellation number will be issued. A cancellation email will be sent containing this cancellation number. A cancellation number is required to verify the cancellation has processed successfully. Please retain this number for your records. If you do not receive a cancellation email following a cancellation request please contact us immediately.
Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received after the 3 day deadline, the penalty for a late cancellation is the first night stay on the reservation including taxes. A late cancellation email will be provided with the cancellation number.
Late Modification: If any reservation is modified or shortened within 3 days prior to arrival date a $100 flat fee will be charged as a late modification fee.
No Show Policy: If you are a NO SHOW, your credit/debit card will be charged for the first and last night room rent on the reservation (last night if applicable).
No Pets Allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $15.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Some dates require a minimum stay. Please note that all holidays and major event weekends require a minimum stay of two nights. Rollaway and cots are not available.
