Reservation Policy

Payment in full (including tax) is required to hold and confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to Arrival: 60 or more days - $50.00 Service Fee; 59 to 6 days - 20% Service Fee (on Total Amount Canceled) $50.00 Minimum; 5 days or Less - NO REFUNDS. Cancellation policy may vary for wholesalers and large tour groups. We highly recommend visitors purchase Travel Insurance to cover unexpected medical, accidents, natural disasters, and pandemic disruptions.

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. $10.00 per night will be charged for each extra person age 13 and up. No cribs or rollaway beds are available. If you arrive by train, a train shuttle can meet travelers at the train depot. The rate is $25.00 per person, and round-trip service is available at no additional fee. The train depot shuttle is operated by Denali Transit and requires a separate reservation.
