Reservation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Guests must be 18 years of age and older. At the time of booking, 50% of the entire reservation will be authorized. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments require a credit card. If final payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, the reservation may be canceled and is subject to cancellation policies as outlined.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled thirty days (30 days), MST- Arizona Time, prior to your arrival date, or you forfeit 100% of your deposit. Reservations will be held until 11:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. Clear Sky Resorts is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Trip insurance through a third party is recommended.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on any amount of occupants that the room will sleep up to (so if a Dome says up to 2 people or up to 4 people or up to 8 people, etc., it is the same charge but not more than that amount of people can stay in the Dome). No rollaways are available. Please note there is an additional 9.9% resort fee per night.

Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00:00 AM; Late check-out is available for an additional fee.
