Reservation Policy

Your credit card will be held to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made before 4pm (MST) on the day of arrival. Any cancellations made after that point will be charged the full night's stay as a no show.

Pets Policy

Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn is pet-friendly and allows up to two dogs in a limited number of rooms. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. Other pet types (e.g., cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. The Pet Friendly rate is 40.00 USD per day.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest over 17 years of age is charged $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00 per night in any room type. Pack 'n Plays available at no additional cost. Please note that there is an additional $5.00 resort fee per night.
