Policies of Chisos Mountains Lodge:

Reservation Policy

Chisos Mountains Lodge has charged an amount equal to one night per room reserved to your credit card as a deposit. Payment of the remainder of the balance is due at the time of check-in. Any 10+ night stay will require a deposit totaling two nights' stay to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/changes made more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on the arrival date will forfeit the full deposit.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $11.00 per night. One rollaway per room is allowed for an additional fee of $11.00 per night. Due to fire codes, five adults in the Casa Grande room with 2 doubles or 5 adults in Rio Grande room with 2 doubles requires a rollaway. Cribs are available at no additional cost. Please note there is an additional $6.00 park fee per night.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and closes from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM daily.
