Reservations require a 25% credit card deposit. Full payment is due upon arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy (May 15-Sept 15): If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, the property will retain the deposit of 25% of the total reservation, regardless of whether the property is able to rebook the room.
Between 14 and 60 Days: Cancellations made within 60 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total reservation or the cost of one night's stay, whichever is greater.
14 Days or Less: Cancellations made within 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 100% penalty, and the full cost of the reservation will be retained.
Winter Cancellation Policy (Sept 15-May 14):14 Days or More: If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, the property will retain the deposit of 25% of the total reservation, regardless of whether the property is able to rebook the room.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled stay will incur a 100% penalty, with no refund for the total cost of your stay.

Rates Policy: All room pricing is based on double (2-person) occupancy, regardless of bedding available. Any more than two guests per room shall be subject to a charge of $65.00 per person per day. Children must be over the age of 12. Guests are asked to remove their shoes when inside the B&B. The lodge is smoke-free and not pet-friendly. Guests are not allowed to cook in the kitchen or in rooms except the Bear Lake Deck Suite. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Rollaway beds are not available.
