Reservation Policy

A valid credit card is required upon check-in. This card will be preauthorized for the equivalent amount of your stay.

Guests reducing the number of nights will still be responsible for the total stay amount.

There is a 3-night minimum stay over the Christmas Holiday period if your stay includes December 31.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation must be canceled at least 48 hours prior arrival to ensure no cancellation fee is incurred. A charge equal to one-night stay and taxes will apply if cancellation is not received and the guest does not show.

For reservations over the Christmas Holiday period, a 7-day cancellation policy is in effect.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Extra people over the age of 16 years old are an additional $15.00 per night. There is no charge for children 16 years and under when sharing with an adult.

Cots are available at a charge of $5.00 + tax per night. A limited number of playpens are available at no cost.
