We stayed one night on April 15, 2024. Our stay was very comfortable and we’ve pretty much everything we’ve asked for. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’ve requested on third floor and they’ve accommodate for us. Will definitely put High country Inn on our priority list.

This hotel is within walking distance the Banff tourist streets and many attractions. Close to bus stops. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was slightly dated but clean. We liked the fact that the beds were in two different areas and had a door between for more privacy. Very small underground parking, but it was included. Pool and hot tub looked small and were well enjoyed by other guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were smiles and were happy to help. The room was a great size. The swimming pool was nice too, surrounded by windows and salt water! Overall highly recommend for the price. Thank you High Country Inn staff.

Great hospitality. Front desk was great; warm welcome and check out. Hot tubs and pool were an added feature. Lots of pillows for each bed with different softness. The rooms were everything we expected and the cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping the rooms clean.

Everything was great! We are frequent customers and always find our stay relaxing. The pool and hot tub areas always resets us and allows us to relax.
The trick is to have a late checkout and then have a morning hot tub and swim. It's peaceful and relaxing.
