The full amount of your stay plus taxes is taken at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for all accommodation charges unless cancellation is made outside the 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If a guest cancels outside the 14 days prior to arrival, they will be refunded less a $60.00 cancellation fee per cottage for processing. Refunds are not made for an early departure for any reason.
No pets allowed.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is an additional $35.00 per night. A two-night minimum is required. Rollaway beds are not available.
A Hidden Haven is a smoke-free resort. A Hidden Haven is a shoeless Inn. Sock and/or slippers will be provided. Guests will be held responsible for any and all property damages and special cleaning fees for excessive cleaning that result from negligence or carelessness of the property. The credit card on file will be charged the needed fee, to cover the cleaning or replacement charge equal to the amount needed to resolve the damage.
Cottages include coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and a snack basket with lots of goodies.

The front desk is open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
If checking in after 4 PM, the property does offer a keyless check-in.
