One Bedroom Townhouse + Loft (Sleeps 4)

The One Bedroom Townhouses are spacious units that sleep a maximum of four people. The exact design of the townhouse varies by unit. There are 1.5 bathrooms (one full bath and one-half bath). If guests desire to cook on their vacation, there is a kitchen fully stocked with cooking and dining accessories. The living area is roomy and features seating and a flat-screen TV with cable. Throughout the townhouse, there is complimentary wireless internet and individual climate control. A washer and dryer are included in the units for any laundry needs. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and flat-screen TV. The sleeping arrangement for the other two people includes either a bunk bed or two twin beds. The unit with bunk beds is only for children ages 8-14 years old. The unit with two twin beds is ideal for kids or young adults. The multiple private outdoor lounge spaces at the townhouses are a delight to enjoy the fresh air and views. There are comfortable outdoor seating and even a fireplace for cooler nights. Parking is never an issue at the townhouses. There is plenty of space for two cars in a covered carport or to even store gear. There is a two-night minimum for townhouse reservations. Please note you must be 25 or older to book this home.
