3 Nights or less = 100% / 4 Nights or more = 50%

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, the penalty varies based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival:

• Your money is refunded less a $35.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations between 30 days and 10 days prior to arrival:

• There is a $35.00 cancellation charge. There is no refund, but guests can reschedule one time within the next 6 months, excluding holidays. If reservation is a week day, guests must reschedule for a week day.

Cancellations within 10 days from arrival:

• The lodge will try to re-book the cabin. If the cabin is re-booked, you will receive your money back less a $35.00 cancellation fee. There is no guarantee for re-booking. If the cabin is not re-booked, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Pets Policy

No more than 2 dogs are permitted in the cabins. There is a pet fee of $20 per pet per day.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: There is a 2-night minimum stay reflected in the rate, and a 3-night minimum over holidays. Each additional night for Tavern River Cabin, Vintage River Cabin, and Rustic River Cabin is $175.00. The Siesta Cabin is $262.50 per night plus tax for the first two nights if there are 3-4 people. Each additional night for the Siesta River Cabin is $195.00. No extra guests are permitted in cabins at any time without the owners' permission. Rollaway beds are not available.

There is no front desk on the property, but you will be given contact info when you make the reservation, and it will be on your email confirmation.
