Policies for Whitefish Mountain Resort:

Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, 50% of the lodging total is due. The remaining lodging balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before check-in will incur a $20 service fee. Cancellations made between 89 and 30 days before check-in will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the lodging total. Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire lodging total.

Activity Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All activities must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If booking inside within 30 days then payment is due at booking.

Cancellations of unused activities will be refunded less a $20.00 fee for each different activity canceled. Does not include air, Amtrak, or rental car.

Policies are subject to change without notice, rates noted are in U.S. funds.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per unit is established per Fire Code and is strictly enforced. If occupancy is exceeded, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit rental payment. Rollaway beds are not available. Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Cleaning Fees: All units have a one-time non-refundable cleaning fee. Unit Assignment: The property manager reserves the right to move any reservation into an equal or higher-quality unit due to unforeseen circumstances. All properties are non-smoking. If smoking in the unit occurs a $250 cleaning penalty will be accessed.
