Policies of The Cabins at Whitefish:

Reservation Policy

50% of the total reservation is charged at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, prior to 30 days of arrival. After 48 hours from booking, 50% refund of the deposit if canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. No refund of the total amount within 30 days of arrival.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed in all units. The fee is $50 per pet, with a maximum of two dogs. Any other type of pet will need prior approval before booking.

Rates Policy:

A 2-night minimum is required for this property. Rollaway beds are not available.

Cleaning Fee: Cabin A, B, H, I: $150, Cabin F, G: $160. Cabin C: $190, Cabin E: $210, Cabin D: $240, Cabin J, K: $480. Buffalo Lodge: $280

Required Security Deposit - $500 will be held during your stay.  If no damages are found following your stay, the security deposit will be released 7 days after checkout.

Check-In: 4 PM
Check-Out: 10 AM

All accommodations are digitally checked in. There's no physical front desk. A pre-arrival email containing your check-in instructions and detailed information about your stay will be sent by the morning of your arrival.
