An international icon constructed in 1927 by the Great Northern Railroad, this beautiful hotel has everything you’ll need for the perfect vacation and more. Stay in one of the 86 kid-friendly smoke-free rooms and enjoy views directly overlooking the Waterton Lakes. Sit and relax during daily afternoon tea, or take a box lunch down to the lakes and enjoy some fishing or a relaxing boat ride. Take in the tour of the Remington Carriage Museum displaying more than 240 different carriages and a window view into history. Enjoy dinner in the Royal Stewart Dining room or a drink in the Windsor Lounge.

Other full-service options at Waterton Lakes National Park include Crandell Mountain Lodge, Aspen Village Inn, Bayshore Inn, and Waterton Lakes Lodge. If roughing it is what you want to do, the park is home to campgrounds and RV sites, but know that peak season is July and August and availability is limited. Call the ranger station to check conditions and availability.
